Problem importing 16bit tif image generated by Enfuse

Description

When i import an image in 16bit tiff format generated by Enfuse (version 4.0-753b534c819d
) i get a blackwhite image in lighttable and in darkroom.
This did not happen before (with version 1.4).
Using Image Viewer the image is displayed in color.

Rewrite of tiff file reader.
Clarified codepaths based on tiff format to simplify future work of
implementation of seperate contif format.

I guess this has to do with the recent rework of imageio_tiff.c, namely with commit 8ada3ad527692e78940b0bb8e31a85146d866cbb.

@dinamic: may I ask you to have a look?
