Geotagging: use altitude when available
In addition to latitude and longitude my GPX tracks also contain the altitude for the point (http://www.topografix.com/gpx_manual.asp#ele). When available, this information should also be read and added to the metadata on export (field: GPSAltitude).
Displaying it in the GUI might not be necessary, as there is only a limited amount of screen space available and there are more important things to show.

I since You have reported #10236, i assume you have access to such a camera?
I'm trying to find a CR2 from that camera with GPS enabled. (so that lat, log, elev and heading are stored in CR2)
(any canon camera that can natively attach gps logger and store such data in original CR2 would work, i just want unedited CR2 - data must be stored by camera, not later on in computer)
Maybe you could provide such a sample?
