Description

This would fix #9599 and should™ be relatively easy to do.

$(TIMESTAMP) could be a handy variable in im-and exports, anyway.

Since most cameras allow taking pictures at >1 FPS that wouldn't work.

Hence my suggestion - albeit in the other issue - of using a timestamp precision down to 1/1000 of a second. Should™ keep things safe.

Or we can use the ${FILE_NAME] which is the same for raw & jpg file ?
