Description

I want to set up a preset for my EXIF lens name for lens correction. The lens name is so long that it's clipped in "image information" and I don't want to re-type it. Please add some interface for copying information from the current image to the preset filter.

If this gets added, it would be even better if the preset editor showed whether it would match the current picture.

something like a button [match current image] next to each field that will fill the field with whatever is set in the current image's metadata.

Either that or pre-populating the fields with the data from the image when creating a new image. However, in that case we would have to make sure to still store the general wildcards if the users doesn't demand to limit the set of images to apply to. So I guess your proposal is way easier to implement and not worse with regard to UX, maybe even better.
