Description

I'm using a Panasonic DMC-G3 camera. After conversion from RW2 to DNG (Adobe RAW Converter), as required for my my workflow, lens tags are lost. Original Panasonic MakerNotes are not readable in DNG but lens info exists mapped to exif tag "Exif.Photo.LensModel". I've prepared a patch wich solved this problem and thus allows lens correction. If no lens data can be found it could be convenient searching for "Exif.Photo.LensModel".

May be this problem is related to bug #8813.

Look into "Exif.Photo.LensModel" for lens name, Adobe DNG converter seem to store it there for some cameras.
Thanks for the patch, Steffen Binder! This fixes #9565.
