Description

Rotating Canon (EOS 60D and 5D MkII tested) CR2 files by 90 deg from the lighttable only works if the auto rotate-Setting in the camera menu was disabled while taking the image.
Shots taken with auto rotate enabled can only be rotated via the crop and rotate module in the darkroom.

Tested with EOS7D and autorotate enabled in the camera and rotating from the lighttable works for new photos.
If you open the photo in darkroom and go back to lighttable without apply any changes to the photo, rotating from lighttable will not work anymore. Discard history stack does not fix that.
If you close darktable and restart the application, rotating from lighttable for the previously used photo works again.

So using latest git rotate from lighttable works for me as long as i do not open the photo in darkroom mode. If i open a photo in darkroom mode i have to close darktable to make rotate from lighttable working on the same photo again.

I think it was fixed (in git master), if not, feel free to reopen.
