Description

When you create a 2nd instance of a plugin, it's initially inserted before the first one in the pipeline. This is counter to what you usually need, for example, when you do some tonecurve editing for coarse contrast adjustement, and then want to fine-tune the results by another tone curve, which you would apply after the first one. So I find myself constantly re-arranging new plugin instances immediately after creating them. If you don't want to change the existing default behaviour, could you please add an option for where the new instance initially goes?

I've selected 'git development version' because there's no 1.2 version in dropdown.

I can confirm this and would tend to consider it a bug, too. Aldric, could you have a look?

This make sense. I will have a look at this, but I fear it will not be a trivial change, codewise.
