Description

I was trying to add a new Preset to the tone curve module. Since it is not possible to overwrite an existing preset (why not? Asking "Overwrite Yes/No" would be better... same for styles) i gave the new preset a temporary name. I deleted the old preset, re-activated the new one and selected "Edit this preset" to make some changes to the name of the new preset but canceled the dialog by mistake. Now the whole preset is gone.

Steps to reproduce:
-Select tone curve module
-add a new preset
-select "Edit this preset"
-select "Cancel"

The preset is gone now... seem to be module independent. Same problem appears on the levels module.
Tested with darktable/git as of 12-12-02
