Description

Using a Canon EOS 7D with Firmware 2.0.3 and darkTable, last updated from GIT on 2012-11-18.

Only with ISO 12800 enabled in the CustomFunctions of the Camera RAW files will show wrong colors, see screenshot.
Other applications like UFRaw (in the screenshot on the lower left corner) or digiKams ShowFoto (in the screenshot on the lower right corner) show the correct colors, and the JPG out of camera looks fine also (in the screenshot on the upper right corner).

The Problem does not appear when working with the default ISO-Range from ISO100-6400.

The Foto in the screenshot was taken with a flashlight, WB in the camera was set to flashlight => White pages in the book show up in green colors.

Bug fixed in rawspeed496.
Updated darktable to latest camera.xml file from that revision and darktable handles the ISO12800 files of the 7D now just fine.
