Description

Darktable 1.0.4 64bit (from the Debian testing, aka "Wheezy", repositories) crashes immediately when trying to open an OpenEXR image that it created itself. The same image opens fine with the "official" OpenEXR viewer (exrdisplay), but with muted colors (I would guess that this is normal - I have no other experience with OpenEXR).

The crash happens both when importing the image from the GUI and when opening from the command line. I also tried with a clean ~/.config/darktable directory; same result. Finally, I tried to open another OpenEXR image created with darktable, this time with a much smaller resolution (2000x3000 pixels^2). This one also crashes darktable.

Attaching archive with log file and backtrace. If really needed I'll also attach an archive with the exact .exr image causing the crash, but it will take a while and will be done on a third-party website, because it's a 200MB upload.

Log obtained with the command:
"time darktable -d all img_0001.exr 2>&1 | tee darktable-crash.log"

and gdb being installed.

time output:
real 0m1.425s
user 0m0.828s
sys 0m0.424s

Works for me. Could you try with a more recent version, best and most relevant would be git master?
