Description

Following the review at https://www.linux.com/learn/tutorials/568799-a-raw-feast-on-the-linux-darktable-photo-editor, the author noted in her comments that she hadn't seen anything in the manual about having a user-specific gtkrc file.

The manual should mention where the per-user gtkrc file lives, and that editing this is preferable to editing the system/packaged versoin
