Description

Currently the history stack's plugin copies all history from an image. This includes the rotation set in LR mode and other stuff like crop & rotate in DR which are very image specific and often make no sense to overwrite when pasting a stack onto other images.

I suggest to have local preferences for each plugin (I will make another ticket for this) and for the history stack plugin to have these preferences contain a checkbox list of all plugins (both LT and DR) that it copies so they can be selected for inclusion/omission when 'Copy' is invoked.

Alternatively, always copy all but have a new button 'Custom Paste; which can be configured to omit certain plugins as described above. This way old functionality is retained yet a better workflow becomes possible, too.

I would also like to see this. Perhaps it might make since to make this similar to the advanced editing interface for styles. Along the same lines it would be nice to be able to create a new style by selecting an image in the lightroom and bringing up the interface to create a style from it.

Since the "copy" and "paste" mechanism is desgined to copy the whole stack, we won't change this. A filemanager pastes all copied files, not the ones you choose when pressing ctrl+v.

Maybe the "styles" functionality suit your needs: use them to save styles with specific plugins enabled (you can choose which).
