Description

In darktable 0.9.1rc-35.git.1cea3e8, when exporting scaled-down images using the "export selected" module, some filters (verified at least for "equalizer" and "denoising (extra slow)" do not get applied with correct strength for the scale.

This is a detail from an image exported at full-size (3142x4722) incorporating both the "equalizer" and "denoising (extra slow)" filter:
Image(detail_result_fullsize.png)

This is the detail I expected when exporting the image at 798x1200 (scaled down from original size using Sinc/Lanczos3 algorithm):
Image(detail_expected_798x1200.png)

And this is what I actually get from darktable:
Image(detail_result_798x1200.png)

The result does not really need to be identical to the expected, but it should at least be similar.

use the "high quality resampling during export" switch in preferences.
In current git master we even support different interpolators (lanczos3 among them).
