"Image" clipping ratio is wrong with 3:4 aspect ratio images
For images that have a 3:4 aspect ratio (ie, taller than they are wide), the initial attempt to adjust the clipping results in a 4:3 region of interest. This is because the clipping iop expects
fixed ratios to be >1.0, and it inverts them when the image height is greater than the image width.
The attached one-line patch inverts the image aspect ratio if it's <1.0.
