Description

In 2.6 whenever I press Space to jump to the next image, Darktable jumps to image number 2 in the collection. It happens in all collections. When I press space again, it stays stuck im image 2.

History

#1 Updated by Marek Kubica about 1 month ago

Similarly, pressing Backspace ("Previous Image") gets me to image 2.

Same here with 2.6 and current master.
In my case it happens only in collections with not expanded groups.

Workaround: Expand one group, open one of this pictures, space and backspace working as expected.

(Ubuntu 18.10, Gnome-shell 3.30)

The issue is not present when the groups are expanded, I can confirm. Remapping the keys does not help either.

Also, it sometimes works normally for a short while, but I can't figure out what is required to make it work.

  • Target version changed from 2.6.0 to Future

  • Assignee set to Pascal Obry

It works if you don't enter the darkroom with a group leader.

#6 Updated by Pascal Obry about 1 month ago

  • Status changed from New to Fixed
  • Target version changed from Future to 2.6.1
  • % Done changed from 0 to 100

Should be fixed in master.
