Description

I'm on Windows 10 with an NVIDIA GTX 1070 and on the latest driver 416.34, also cleanly installed from NVIDIA.
After downloading and installing, I was unable to open darktable, it just crashed immediately after opening, it was very discouraging.
I looked at the stacktrace and it led me to believe it was a problem with my opencl configuration, and googling showed me that other people also had gotten this error with different softwares. I was unable to fix my configuration, but I added the --disable-opencl flag, and can now use darktable.

I think it would make sense to add a meaningful error message informing the user of the problem being with opencl, or at least updating the windows FAQ with a suggestion to include the "--disable-opencl" flag.

This looks like an error with Intel OpenCL lib, not Nvidia. Please remove Intel OpenCL, we have had problems with this lib for years and it's useless anyway.
