Description

I have strange behavior of highlights as seen on attachment. There is a rough gradient of changes when using default setting highlights lower than -35 (visible on mine monitor) and gets more intense the lower values are set. If it's a normal behavior than please close the report. This is just a cut out of photo on which it appeared, if necessary I can upload RAW file.

I think the root cause lies in the overexposed aread in the sky just outside the shoulder of the person. Overexposed areas lack color information and shadows & highlights can then lead to color banding. This can be fixed by playing with the "highlight color adjustment" parameter in that module. Attached you find my proposed settings.
