Did you have the same problem with not underexposed as in #11625?

I didn't with this set but is there a way to validate the results are good?

Yes the plots in noise_result.pdf allow validating the result. Green channel in "Flat noise level" and "noise level" plot are used for validation.
The results of your images don't look good. Try with a different setup and try to get more pixes between over- and underexposed. Also be sure the images are as much out of focus as possible, reduce f stop number (aperture).

Finally got around to try out the new process. Does this look better? I'm not entirely sure what exactly I'm looking for in flat noise level.
