Description

Permits to fixe biggest dimension of both with and height : if vertical picture -> height, if hozizontal -> width

That's already how export works. The dimensions you specify there are the bounding box into which the exported image will be fit. So setting it to (say) 2000x2000 will ensure that the longer side of exported images is (max) 2000 pixels and the shorter one is adapted to that, depending on the aspect ratio.
