Great, they have changed format again :)
Got it semi-working...

@Alexander: please post all three raws to RPU: one full raw, one sRAW and one mRAW
They should be of some static scene (landscape?), from tripod.

As for darktable, i'll need one slightly overexposed raw per each iso setting that can be set in camera, including all the sub-iso levels.
Now, these raws you should put on dropbox or something and just paste a link.

I haven't got my 6DII yet, so I've asked someone else to upload their RAWs. I expect to get mine next week, then I'll add the remaining files.

Actually, it was much simpler than i feared. Partially the problem was in braindead code :/
If you need it working right now, you can build dt from git, remove that 'supported="no"', and it should mostly work.

But until i still need all the samples.

Great :) I've got the camera now and darktable (with your patches) works fine so far with the images. Since there seem to be a lot of changes on master, I've backported your changes to 2.2.5, so that I can keep using that for daily work without risking too many new bugs ;)

Then I tried to do the noise profiling. But there seems to be no clipping of the green channel for ISO 160, 320, 640, etc. up until 10000. ISO 20000 is the first in that sequence that has clipping in the green channel. gen-profile thus complains "ERROR: Incorrect green channel." and refuses to work with those images. I've tried it with different settings, but could not get those failing images to work, so I suspect that the RAWs for those ISO settings simply do not contain the extreme values that the scripts are looking for (or there is a bug somewhere).

I've attached the problematic RAW for ISO 160. Can you figure out what's wrong?

As for darktable, i'll need one slightly overexposed raw per each iso setting that can be set in camera, including all the sub-iso levels.

Do you need the full set of RAWs for something else besides noise profiling? That's 1GB of data, so uploading and downloading all those files might take a while, and it could be faster if you tell me what needs to be done with those images.

Nice.

Then I tried to do the noise profiling.

Can we please finish with the base support first please? :)
We need one set (raw+mraw+sraw) of some static scene (landscape?) shoot with stable camera (tripod) for raw.pixls.us

That is partially because there is still no base support. E.g. white level is just wrong.

No, those are not for noise profiling, but still for base support.
I will use them to calculate the proper while levels, i prefer to do that personally..

Ok, ok, let's do the boring stuff first :D

The images that I've created for noise profiling should be usable for that as well, right? I've uploaded them for you here.

Those will follow tomorrow :)

Yep, no reason at all why they would not. Downloaded, and will hopefully handle this today.

RPU sample set validated, thank you very much!

Hey guys, this bug still occurs for me. Darktable 2.2.5, Ubuntu GNOME 17.04. Attached screenshot shows attempt to open CR2 from this bug report.

Darktable 2.2.5

Which was released before that issue was even reported...
That camera is only supported in git master

, Ubuntu GNOME 17.04. Attached screenshot shows attempt to open CR2 from this bug report.
