Description

Olympus cameras have in-camera curves adjustments. More precisely, there's an overall contrast and a highlights and shadows setting, shown as separate curves. (This feature has existed for some time, but was hidden by the rather arcane interface until the PEN-F.) There is also a color wheel allowing level adjustments for different colors.

The camera records these settings into the RAW file, and Olympus' own RAW conversion tool can then use them as processing defaults. It would be nice to have this feature in Darktable. (This would probably require some additions to RawSpeed, too, but I imagine those would be simpler.)

<removing wontfix rant for now>
I would recommend using https://www.darktable.org/2016/05/colour-manipulation-with-the-colour-checker-lut-module/, that should get you halfway there.
