Description

I noticed that "Raw denoise" often gives best results of all available denoise algorithms. But it is always good to denoise chrominance much more than luminance. There's such option in "Denoise – non local means". It would be great if we could do the same in "Raw Denoise" filter.

This is not possible, because the raw denoise module works on the image before demosaic.

After demosaic, each pixel has a R, a G, and a B value, and we can convert from these values to other representations like LCh or Lab, which separate luminance and chrominance.
Before demosaic however, each pixel has EITHER a R, a G, or a B value. Thus, 2/3 of the information is "missing" to be able to have a conversion to LCh or Lab, and to be able to have a chroma slider.
