The background in some samples are not much out of focus (specially the highest iso samples), please make them again.
The results of lowest iso samples show small errors. I am not sure if this is sensor specific. It would be good to make a new setup and do them again (to be sure we can not correct it).

Unfortunately, I no longer have the camera, so I won't be able to re-do the shots.

I own a Canon EOS M5. Can I be of any assistance? Is there any manual concerning the properties the sample images should have?

Thank you. I took the sample images. Unfortunately, the process described in the manual to genereate the noise profiles doesn't seem to work.
The tool (gen-profile) mentioned in the manual is not part of the Ubuntu package. I am on Ubuntu 16.04.

Neither should it be.
Those tools are in https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/tree/master/tools
So you'd need to clone the repo, like
$ git clone https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable.git
and then use the tools. You could append "--depth 1" to minimize clone size.
