Description

I have darktable 2.2.4 on ubuntu. At first, I thought my camera was supported. I was able to import the pictures into the application, but when I tried to double click one, I get, "failed to read camera white balance information ..."

The camera isn't listed as supported, but there was already a sample raw file at raw.pixls.us as far as I can tell. I would be willing to help in any way that I can. If more samples are needed, I can provide those.

but there was already a sample raw file at raw.pixls.us as far as I can tell.

No. That camera can produce two different raw formats - 14bit compressed, and 12bit compressed.
We have just one sample.
So please take the both samples and upload :)
Ideally use tripod.
https://raw.pixls.us/ notes a few more requirements.

I would be willing to help in any way that I can. If more samples are needed, I can provide those.

Uhm, sorry, there was two aligned samples and apparently they both have same bitdepth, and third with different bitdepth is not aligned.
So could you please re-take the samples and re-upload, please ? :)

I uploaded a couple 12-bit files to the site. I also uploaded an extra 14-bit file. It did not show up right away, but I'm guessing they go over the submissions before they put them in the repository.

Sorry about that. I'll retake them tomorrow and let you know when they are uploaded.

I just uploaded two new images. Hopefully that is what you need. Let me know if I need to post any more.

Ok, hopefully 3rd time is a charm. I uploaded 2 new photos and remembered to turn on autofocus. Sorry for the problems.

Hi there, is there any update on this? I'm also currently unable to use darktable wth my D5600. Also happy to help provide anything needed.
