Color checker support for the CLUT module

Description

Now you can pick the source colors, and then use the manual sliders to adjust the end colors (i.e., what colors the picked source colors will end up becoming). It would be amazing if the user could pre-define sets of end colors, such as the colors of an xrite color checker card (see cc2). My suggested implementation would be to switch the lower part between the manual adjustment sliders and pre-defined sets of colors (see cc1, cc2). I would also suggest having the ability to easily turn off (i.e., completely ignore) one or more patches (see cc3).

I would also suggest having the ability to easily turn off (i.e., completely ignore) one or more patches (see cc3).

I'm sure you have read the usermanual and already knew that e.g. the patch can already be deleted

Yes, of course, but I'm talking about the patches in the not-yet-implemented part of the module. (And personally I would prefer disabling them, like in cc3, so that it's easy to get them back.)
