It works with 2.2.0, and does not with .3/git master

This is a low-priority bug since i really doubt anyone is using dt to process such images.

imageop_math: make preview downscale work for CYGM

This fixes #11495. It's a naive fix, which tests every pixel for its
CFA value, but at least doesn't assume that all 2x2 CFA images are
Bayer RGGB.

This fix makes the code somewhere between 2x and 5x slower, depending
upon the raw file dimensions.

I'll look into it... Almost certainly it's an assumption in the new dt_iop_clip_and_zoom_mosaic_half_size_plain() that R=0, G=1, B=2, and that is it.

I'd actually never known about CYGM! Fascinating...
