Description

Already since years I'm using some .ICC as custom input color profiles to simulating Nikon Picture Control (NPC).
In the latest git version the profiles are listing wrong order in the drop down list, and not some ICC loading, what I select.

note:
-----
This bug affected output color profiles too.

How to produce the bug:
-----------------------
1; screenshot 1

I place an ICC in the color/in folder, what is the "Standard" NPC profile. File name: "Nkx_D800_01SD.icc"; desc. tag: "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300"

Start Darktable, there are this profile as last item in the list of "input color profile". I set the basecure to linear, the unbreak input profil l=0 g=0.45 and the input color profil to "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300".
I see what I want, I'm happy.
Close Darktable.

2; screenshot 2

I place an another one ICC too, what is the "Vivid" NPC profile. File name: "Nkx_D800_03VI.icc"; desc. tag: "Nikon D800 for NEF VIVID v2.0.0.300"
Start Darktable, there are the profiles listed in the following order (after the built-in profiles):
Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300
Nikon D800 for NEF VIVID v2.0.0.300

I set "Nikon D800 for NEF VIVID v2.0.0.300" as input, and I see more vibrant colors, what I want.
I set "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300" as input, and I the picture look same as in the step 1.
All OK, I'm really happy.
Close Darktable.

3; screenshot 3a / 3b / 3c

I add one more ICC, what is the "Neutral" NPC profile. File name: "Nkx_D800_02NL.icc"; desc. tag: "Nikon D800 for NEF NEUTR v2.0.0.300"
This time there are three ICC in the color/in folder:
Nkx_D800_01SD.icc (desc. tag: "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300")
Nkx_D800_02NL.icc (desc. tag: "Nikon D800 for NEF NEUTR v2.0.0.300")
Nkx_D800_03VI.icc (desc. tag: "Nikon D800 for NEF VIVID v2.0.0.300")

Start Darktable, there are the profiles listed in the following order (after the built-in profiles):
Nikon D800 for NEF NEUTR v2.0.0.300
Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300
Nikon D800 for NEF VIVID v2.0.0.300

But if I chose the first "Nikon D800 for NEF NEUTR v2.0.0.300" I see same as with the "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300" profile in step 1. and 2. (Screenshot 3a)
If I chose the second "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300" the picture look same as with the "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300" profile. (Screenshot 3b)
And if I chose the last "Nikon D800 for NEF STAND v2.0.0.300" I see what I want with the "Nikon D800 for NEF NEUTR v2.0.0.300" profile. (Screenshot 3c)

So the drop down list items are in alphabetical order with the desc. tags of ICCs, but the real list is not same.
