The error message is displayed for all images.
When i disable Darktable Release PPA and install Darktable 2.0.3 from Ubuntu repository all looks fine.

  • Subject changed from Lighttable, some fatal bug after upgrade to 2.0.6 to Nikon V1: camera support
  • Tracker changed from Bug to Camera Support

Please attach one raw sample.
If the camera has any modes (like 12bit vs. 14bit, compressed vs. uncompressed), we'd need a sample in each of the mode.

Thanks for quick repairing this bug.
1. I edit file cameras.xml by your changeset and now I can edit images like before.
2. I didnt find rawspeed-check-nikon-modes.rb, is this needed for correct editing of images or I should rollback to older version and wait for newer darktable.

No, that is just an internal dev thing for me to check consistency of the data in cameras.xml
