Description

LebedevRI told me I can fill a support ticket here.
In a few words, a ticket called " building darktable does not honor RPM_OPT_FLAGS" has been opened here -> https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1278064
You can find RPM_OPT_FLAGS infos here -> http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Compiler_flags
In details I don't understand what is wrong with msse in comment #2 of the bugreport.

Some LebedevRI's hypothesis
[21:09] <LebedevRI> i have a feeling that you just do not pass CUSTOM_CFLAGS=ON to cmake, that would disable all our FLAGS
[21:09] <LebedevRI> see https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/blob/master/src/CMakeLists.txt#L387-L437

I have no idea what all of this means. Are we supposed to look for a random environment variable (RPM_OPT_FLAGS)? Or is the specfile supposed to pass %{optflags} to cmake? Please elaborate.
