Description

The preview(s) and some other UI elements are rendered in half resolution. See attached screenshot.

I'm using MacBook Pro Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013, dual GPU (Intel & Nvidia), OS X 10.9.5.

I think I have everything but map view working as expected with HiDPI mode in my branch. Test build is attached, please test it thoroughly and report any issues you'll notice.

Nice, one minor problem: the mouse cursor has half resolution.
An other problem I have, when I activate opencl the picture in the darkroom and the slideshow get greenish. I don't know if this has something to do with our change because in version 1.5.3.5 I cant activate opencl.

Yeah, I know about the mouse pointer, but have no idea how to fix that. I think it's not that important.
OpenCL support in darktable on OS X indeed has problems, but it's unlikely to be related to these changes (except that pipe resolution and so size of image buffers got larger).
