Description

Need to implement a magic wand (flood fill) style mask tool, as per other photography applications.

Why? Need comes from a very normal edit requirement: Sky. Flat. Want to alter (eg. brighten). Don't want to waste half a day drawing a neat mask. The sky shares tones with neighbouring objects, so it is not possible to get a neat result out of the combination of drawn + parametric masks... the magic wand tool is missing!

Example image with example attempt to draw mask using existing tools .. fail. Version is 0.4.2 on OSX (usually I use Linux, just hamstrung by travel + laptop death).

I suppose this can be achieved with a parametric mask + a quick drawn mask around the zone. I don't think we need more. Have you tried?
