Description

Right now when exporting multiple versions of an image (created with "duplicate"), they get overwritten as they all share the same $(FILE_NAME). The XMP file name includes a version number at the end for the duplicates, using it as the value for $(FILE_NAME) would include this number in the output file name.

Another possibility would be to add a new $(VERSION) export variable, but that would either add a "0" to all file names or need a check to not output anything for the 0th version.

I just checked.
Unless you export with "override" checkbox enabled, DT will not override previously exported images, but will append sequence number to file name in order to make their name unique.

True, the problem I was describing was when "overwrite" is enabled. Still, the number appended when "overwrite" is disabled has no relation with the original file version, only to the number of files already exported.
