French translation of dartable's GUI
In the Feature #9989 Ulrich Pegelow confirmed the following:
- In each module we can define only ONE drawn mask and/or ONE parametric mask (...ONE...ONE... is the main question of my post);
- Current drawn mask can be defined using several forms;
- Forms of previously defined drawn masks can be used to define the current drawn mask (they are listed in the "drawn masks" field of the darkroom).
I used this to change the translation in French of darktable's GUI.
I also translate lightness and brightness as 'luminosité' not 'luminance' which is a photométric term.
The results are in the attached file fr.po.

Sorry that's not what I meant. There is lot of change in this file and I can also produce it on my side. What I'd like to have is a discussion with the English text, the current French translation and the proposed one and why it is better.
msgid "no mask used"
-msgstr "aucun utilisé"
+msgstr "aucun masque utilisé"
For me this last translation is closer to the actual English text but longer and this is used in a context where we have on the right:
masque dessiné aucun utilisé
Looks quite readable and do not too long.
msgid "add ellipse"
-msgstr "ajouter un masque elliptique"
+msgstr "ajouter une forme elliptique"
Probably better to use "ajouter une ellipse" because it is shorter and closer to what is used for "add path" -> "ajouter un chemin".
Everywhere "shape" is used it is better to use "forme", I agree maybe we can start with that as a small incremental step?
I also agree with "vignettage" being change to "vignetage".

I have now integrated most of the changes. Below are those that I have not done:

I found two other typing mistakes:
"take snapshot to compare with another image or the same image at another "
"stage of development"
"prends un instantané pour le comparer avec une autre image or avec la même "
"image à une autre étape du développement"
You have to translate "or" by "ou"
msgid "created shapes"
msgstr "formes existants" <== existantes
